My little man thinks that he is a St. Louis Cardinal. He was so excited to visit Busch Stadium, but did not understand why they were in Florida and why they were not going to play with him on the field. It was too cute. Here are some snapshots of our tour, the men in…

Hi Jaimie – Yes! That’s my Dad, Ray Harvey. Him and my mom, Paula, owned Choco L’Art. They do not own another restaurant, and haven’t moved Choco L’Art per say, but they do cater out of their home. You can order their desserts at : mmmchocolart @ yahoo.com (minus spaces) Thank you for the compliments!October 11, 2010 – 6:16 pm
I got on this site to look at Jen Allen’s baby pics, but saw the thumb war pictures. Isn’t this the man that had Choco L Art downtown Washington? Do you know if he has another restaraunt anywhere. The desserts and martinis they did there were amazing!October 11, 2010 – 5:32 pm

I am in complete denial that my baby girl will be headed to Kindergarten tomorrow. We bought her backpack and school supplies. We made our own TwinkleToes shoes. We bought some custom hair bows. We met her teacher. We saw her classroom. Last step…photos. Seeing these photos, I think it’s hit me now that my…

Happy 1st Day of Kindergarten, Miss Julianne!! What an adventure you are beginning. I can just see you skipping into school and sitting in your new desk. You’ll make loads of friends and probably be Teacher’s Pet. Hmmm sounds like someone else at your age. It’s always hardest on the PARENTS, Helllloooo! But you should be so proud of her. Then after a couple more 1st Days, you’ll be going to Happy Hour right after you drop them off! LOL Love and Best Wishes to you all on your perfect milestone. GAAAugust 17, 2010 – 7:39 pm
Your dad’s comment made me cry. I also cried on the way to Chicago today.. it’s hitting me too. sigh
Not so much that I can’t handle being away from her.. just that I feel like I’m going to blink again and she’s going to be 15. It’s happening too fast.
She looks stunningly beautiful in these photos. You will cherish them forever
I also think you should make one a big canvas in her room

They keep getting bigger and bigger. It’s always a new school, new friend or new club. Eventually they leave one day for another state or foreign country. You don’t see them as often, hug as often or even talk as often. One day they bring some guy home and say he’s what she has been looking for. They go from your arm to his. Your left with pictures and shadow memories. You realize it will never be the same again. Then one day the pictures are replaced with shots of a new little girl that looks, acts and speaks just like her. Then you realize you get to do it all over again. I guess this is what the circle of life means. A parent gets a second chance to see the little girl go off to kindergarten again. So Sarah, keep the pictures, feel the hugs and remember the little voice knowing all along that God gives children so you better understand his love for you. She’ll be back at 3 pm telling you all about it.August 17, 2010 – 6:06 pm
